REQUEST TO PARENT/GUARDIAN
The school at all times, desires to have
your full and constructive co-operation and
close contact with the teachers of your ward
in order to create an atmosphere conducive
to the best education of your students. You
are requested to pay special heed to the following:

Please acknowledge promptly
all school circulars regarding fees, programmes,
parent-teacher meets, fine etc. and comply
with the instructions Contained in these
circulars and letters.

Please do not enter classrooms
either to see their wards or to seek interviews
with the teachers during school hours.

Please do not ask for leave
of absence for students during Terminals
and Semesters except in case of emergency.

Please send your ward in
time strictly according to the School Hours
of your ward and check that he is always
in proper school uniform.

Please send sufficient
and nutrient food in the lunch box and water
bottle for your ward.

Please report to the school
office about any change of address and telephone
number.

Please attend the Parent
teacher meets whenever held and also on
the date and day if called by the school.

Please contact the Principal
on any working day in between 9.00 a. m.
to 10.30 a.m. if required.

Please fix an appointment
before you come to school to meet the teachers
in connection with your ward.

Ensure that the student
is not in possession of valuable articles,
such as gold chains, expensive watches and
gold
rings etc.

Make a strict study schedule
for the child at home with congenial, peaceful,
quiet atmoshpere and an occasional
silent supervision.
