ADMISSIONS

It is important to direct the potential of the unbridled students towards constructive channels. We will carefully nurture their free expression lest they become victims of stresses and strains. We will do nothing that dampens the lively spirt of the child. We aim to provide the right environment in which all his potential will be brought out.
Let the parents and Teachers jointly strive to bring out the very best in each child. Let us be the stilt, the ladder, the support which will witness the most fascinating experience of all creation-the unfolding and blossoming of the human mind.

Admission Rules

1. The basis for admission is purely academic on merit, irrespective of caste, creed and community.

2. Every candidate will be required to take an admission test in English, Hindi, and Mathematics and other subjects as deemed necessary by the school.

3. To qualify for the admission test, every candidate must be registered with the school.
Note: Registration does not guarantee admission.

4. Parent/ Guardian should fill in the enclosed "Application Form for Registration" and submit it to the school office along-with a non-refundable registration fee.

5. Students will be granted admission on the basis of their performance in the admission test, a personal interview and the number of vacancies available. The Parent/Guardian will be required to deposit the fees on the day of the issue of the admission order. Failing that the seat will be treated as vacant and may be filled by another candidate at the discretion of the Principal.

6. Every Parent/Guardian is required to submit the following documents at the time of admission. Failing that the admission will be treated as provisional and is liable to be cancelled after the expiry of the time determined by the School.
(j) Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate duly countersigned by the District Education Officer/ Inspector of School.
(ij) Birth Certificate from Municipality/ Corporation.

7. Name and Date of Birth of the child, once entered will not be changed.

8. Registration for a particular year is not transferable to any other year.

9. At the discretion of the Principal, registration can be closed at any time of the year.

Admission of child to the school will mean complete acceptance by the Guardians/Parents of all school rules enforced or amended from time to time. Rules are subject to change at the discretion of the school authorities.

Renewal Of Admission
Students who are already studying in this Institution will have to renew their admission every year for the next academic session. They will have to obtain and fill-up Renewal form which is to be deposited in the School Office along with the requisite renewal charges. The right to renewal is reserved with the Principal.

Withdrawals
A Student may be withdrawn from the School at the end of the academic year. Since all admissions are granted on the basis of the full academic year as such the fee, pertains to the entire year. IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR NO REFUND WILL BE ADMISSIBLE. A School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all accounts are cleared.

Expulsion
No remission of fees will be considered in case of an expulsion. A student rnay be expelled for any of the following reasons:
(a) Misconduct, moral turpitude and cheating at examinations.
(b) Non-payments of School bills.
(c) Breaking School Regulations.
(d) Use of profane language and insulting behaviour.

School Terms
The School term will be from April to March. A comprehensive School calendar will be brought out every year at the beginning of 1st term for the convenience of Students and Parents.
